Make sure all the mods you are using are checked. I'm not sure where those two night lighting changes came from. If you are using lighting mods with DUST I'm pretty sure they are incompatible. Things like Fellout, Realistic Wasteland lighting, etc. With lighting you only want to use one regardless. I see you're also using two different night lightings. Run this first before you create your merged patch.
